美国特朗普总统第二任期一开始便推出名为“黄金时代”（The Golden Age）的新战略叙事，然而碎片化的叙事带来大量不确定性因素，导致特朗普2.0时代国家战略叙事的研判困境。鉴于此，本文以叙事层次理论透视“黄金时代”战略叙事，从变革、工业、霸权、科技四大关键叙事支点解构其整体叙事的脉络，剖析“黄金时代”对于美国提振实力、巩固霸权的深层含义。这一战略叙事实为国际、国家与个人三重动因交织而成，其未来走向必将深刻影响美国政治生态，加剧对外战略极化，推动盟伴关系转变，冲击国际秩序与观念，给世界格局增加更多未知性。
Abstract：President Trump of the United States launched a new strategic narrative called "the golden age" during his second term. However, the fragmented narrative brought a large number of uncertainties, making it difficult to judge national strategic narrative in the Trump 2.0 era. Under this context, this article uses the theory of narrative level to analyze the "the golden age" strategic narrative, deconstructing its overall narrative context from the four key narrative branch points of change, industry, hegemony, and technology, and analyzing the deep connotation of "the golden age" for the United States to boost its strength and consolidate its hegemony. Essentially, this strategic narrative emerges under three levels: international, national and personal. Its gradual progress may profoundly affect the political ecology of the United States, intensify the polarization of its foreign strategy, promote the transformation of ally relations, and impact international concepts and order, hence, adding more uncertainties to the international order.
